The purpose of this policy is to maintain compliance with company insurance regulations and ensure the safety of all personnel operating company vehicles.
Policy Statement
No unauthorized passengers are permitted in any RIQ TRUCKING LLC vehicle or equipment at any time.
Only individuals who are approved as company helpers or drivers listed under RIQ TRUCKING LLC insurance coverage may ride or operate company trucks. If this policy is violated or you are found to have unauthorized passengers while over the road, you are subject to suspension or dismissal.
Scope
This policy applies to all independent contractors and driver helpers while on duty, in company vehicles, or performing company-related work.
Compliance
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of contract
