First thing I would like to say is welcome and thank you for giving RIQ Trucking LLC website a view. RIQ Trucking LLC was founded in August 2024 in St. Petersburg Florida, USA, with the help of our agents. RIQ Trucking was founded by two African Americans, Jamel and Betty. We grew up in two diverse cities in Florida, but we both had somewhere in our minds that we were bosses. That we deserve to sit in a high chair around other bosses. We felt like we were baby bosses.                 Â
However, growing up in a world so cold with only a few resources and not enough people willing to give you a helping hand came with a lot of downfalls. Both Jamel and Betty were neglected by the system. Betty has college degrees from Keiser online school for Bachelor's and Associate degrees in Criminal Justice. However, I was always denied the opportunities I desired and had to end up only doing security. Jamel made one mistake as a kid and was placed in the system.Â
The system did not give him a chance to turn his life around when he was released to the outside world. Job after job denied him because of one mistake. Both Jamel and Betty slaved themselves for a low-price paycheck that Uncle Sam, along with other bills, took. So, we basically did not have anything besides love for one another and the children. We did almost everything from DoorDash, Uber Eats, Roadie, Grubhub, and go puff deliveries, working labor jobs, people ready to make ends meet. We did not just create this company for ourselves, but this is our legacy for our children. This was built for them as well as a living testimony. If we can make something out of our struggles, then we all can do the same thing. Â
